Job Summary:
To function as a team member to assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of project management and efficiencies activities for the Credit Union.
Salary: $25.07 - $31.33 DOE
Daily Responsibilities:
Perform the following key functions for the credit union.
• Coordinate Meetings, reserve meeting locations & connect Teams rooms.
• Coordinate group meal orders of varying sizes both on and offsite, refill meeting snacks, drinks, and supplies.
• Ensure meeting attendees, trainers, testers and guests have everything necessary.
• Assist Project Managers with establishing project timelines and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist with Meeting Agendas, keep meeting on topic and on schedule according to agenda. Keep meeting minutes up to date, organized and centrally located.
• Assist Project Managers with identifying and addressing issues, risks, and conflicts as they arise during the project delivery cycle.
• Coordinating resources, including personnel and vendors, to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Assist with delivering effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to team members, stakeholders, and third parties in a timely and clear manner.
• Organize and update Project Management shared drives, document storage publication pages and Hoogle.
• Enter data and keep updated logs, sheets and lists and any other administrative items necessary for a successful Project Management Office.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and process improvement by analyzing data, conducting process flow analyses, and soliciting feedback and suggestions from employees.
• Assist with development, management, and implementation of efficiencies and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with all credit union departments to review and prioritize efficiency opportunities.
• Assist Project Managers in coordinating between credit union and third-party software providers in the support of credit union systems.
• Assist with training for administrators and end users to include creating and updating training resources and notifying staff about changes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving staff-related process issues.

Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months or more of similar or related experience.
- High school education or equivalent
