Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist Project Managers, staff, and third parties with general aspects of project management and efficiencies activities for the Credit Union. This includes establishing productive and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members to deliver successful outcomes according to plan. Assist Project Managers with coordinating, and conducting meetings, facilitating communication regarding project status, risks, and issues, and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle. Utilize experience and knowledge of financial institution structure and operations to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and assist with implementing efficiency measures.
Salary: $26.00-$32.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience
This is an in-office position

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with establishing project timelines and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist with meeting set-up, agendas and keep meetings on schedule. Keep meeting minutes up to date, organized and centrally located.
- Assist Project Managers with identifying and addressing issues, risks, and conflicts as they arise during the project delivery cycle.
- Coordinating resources, including personnel and vendors, to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Assist with delivering effective communication throughout the project lifecycle in a timely and clear manner.
- Keep updated logs, sheets and lists and any other administrative items necessary for a successful Project Management Office.
- Collaborate with all credit union departments to review and prioritize efficiency opportunities.
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating between credit union and third-party software providers in the support of credit union systems.
- Assist and coordinate training for administrators and end users to include creating and updating training resources and notifying staff about changes.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving staff-related process issues.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Minimum of six months of similar or related experience working in a Project Management Office or on a Project Management team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
